 This course has been adapted to different stakeholders in the legal ecosystem. The common threads are the importance of a division of labor within an organization that optimizes the differentiated skillsets of team members. It considers, evaluates, and makes recommendations for improving efficiency and productivity by examining the tasks individuals presently engage in versus what they should be doing.
